Natural Imperfections
Plants are living things and may vary slightly in:
• Size
• Shape
• Leaf condition
Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal and not considered damage.
Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
If your plant arrives:
• Damaged
• Severely stressed
• In poor condition
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the plant and packaging
This allows us to assess what’s gone wrong and offer an appropriate solution.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
• A replacement
• A partial refund
• A full refund
Live Plants
Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns for live plants unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition.
